Questions
The things people actually ask.
Including the two most firms avoid answering.
What does a Full Credit Sweep cost?
There is no fixed price. Cost depends on what is actually in your credit file, which is why it is set after a consultation rather than published on a page. You get the figure in writing before you agree to anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on your file and on how quickly the credit bureaus respond, and we would rather not give you a number we cannot stand behind. What we will tell you on the call is what the process looks like and what typically drives the timeline in a situation like yours.
Can you guarantee my score will go up?
No. Nobody can, and anyone who does is telling you something they cannot deliver.
What we do is dispute information in your credit file. Accurate, current negative information cannot be removed by anyone, including us. What can be addressed is information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable — and that is the work.
What do you need from me?
Government-issued ID, your credit report, and the details needed to file on your behalf. Everything is uploaded through your own secure portal. We will never ask you for the password to your credit monitoring account, your bank, or your email.
Could I just do this myself?
Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, at no cost. You can also obtain your credit report at no cost.
People hire us for the same reason they hire anyone: the work takes time, it has to be done correctly, and it has to be kept up over multiple rounds. If you would rather handle it yourself, that is a legitimate choice and we will tell you so on the call.
Do you work with people in my state?
Availability varies by state. Tell us where you live on the consultation call and we will confirm straight away.
What happens to my personal information?
Documents go through an encrypted portal, never email or text. We store only the last four digits of your Social Security number. We do not sell your information, and we do not ask for passwords to your accounts.
