Refunds and cancellation.
What you pay for is the work. If the work has not been done, you are not charged for it.

You can cancel within three business days
You may cancel your agreement with SCII for any reason within three business days of signing it, and receive a full refund of anything you have paid. You do not have to give a reason. Tell us in writing at info@scii.pro, or call (972) 330-0088 and we will confirm it in writing to you.
After that, you pay for the rounds we have done
A Full Credit Sweep is one initial sweep across your credit file plus three further dispute rounds. Fees are earned round by round, as each one is prepared and filed.
You may end the engagement in writing at any time. Work already performed remains payable. Work not yet performed is not charged for, and if you have already paid for rounds we have not run, that money comes back to you.
What is not refundable
Rounds we have already prepared and filed are not refundable. The work has been done at that point, and it cannot be un-done.
We also do not refund on the basis of the outcome. SCII does not promise any particular credit score, any specific removal, or any result from a dispute, and we say so before you sign. Information that is accurate, current and verifiable cannot be removed by us or by anyone else. What you are paying for is the disputes being prepared, filed and followed up — and that is what we refund against.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@scii.pro or call (972) 330-0088. Tell us your name and the reference on your agreement. You can also write to us at the address below.
We respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval — to the card you paid with, or to the account the transfer came from. We do not refund to a different account than the one the money came from.
Please talk to us before disputing a charge
If something has gone wrong, contact us first. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly than through your bank, and we would rather resolve it than have you wait on a dispute process.
