What we collect, and what we do not.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

What we collect

When you request a consultation: your name, phone number, email address, state, and the ranges and answers you select on the form. If you become a client, we also collect the documents needed to work your file.

What we deliberately do not store

  • Your full Social Security number. We keep only the last four digits.
  • Passwords to any of your accounts. We never ask for them.
  • Card numbers. Payments are handled by our processor, not by us.

How it is handled

Documents are uploaded through an encrypted portal, never email or text message. Access is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and access to sensitive records is logged.

We do not sell your information

Your information is used to contact you about SCII’s services and to perform the work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to retain. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link.
